We will store your personal details, financial, employment, business, taxation and other personal Information in order to provide our services to you. We will store these details as required to meet the terms of our contract, regulations, and legal requirements as we feel necessary. Where necessary we may store sensitive personal information about you, this will always be with your explicit consent.

We will not share your data with any third parties other than as described here. When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the Services and we have contracts in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. These third party providers will be supplying on their own standard terms and conditions and you should check that you agree to those terms and conditions before placing an order.

How long?

Services: Your data will be stored only for 7 years after the end of our relationship in line with our statutory requirement, after which time your data will be deleted.
